Here are pictures of outdoor furniture that I made out of
white cedar which came from Drummond Island Michigan.
Below are a two pictures of a Lutyens Garden Bench that required 66 mortise and tenons! What a project. I
sure enjoyed building this bench.

This is nice two seater bench which was assembled using mortise and tenon joinery. Note the hole in the middle
table for an umbrella.
This was my first project using white cedar. A five gallon bucket full of cement with a pole in the middle fits
inside this stand which holds a sun umbrella.
On the left is a cedar cabinet which holds our seat cushions for the lawn chairs. Inside the left side of the
cabinet is a refrigerator for nice cool ones on a hot summer day. The table to the right was my first attempt at making
outdoor furniture and it is made out of pressure treated yellow pine. I built this table in the late 70s.
This bench is a replica of a bench my wife seen. She took a picture of it and made a measured drawing. All
I had to do was build it for her.
This is a bulletin board that I made for our RV club, (Cedar Creek RV club), to use at our rallies. How
appropriate that I made it out of cedar. We needed something that was weather proof and portable. The legs attach
to the back with hanger bolts this way we can disassemble it and store it in our fifth wheel.
